Sally Liang has been a part of the Cindy Reid Golf Academy team for over 4 years. As a testament to her hard work, honest, outgoing personality, Sally was recently promoted to the position of Academy General Manager. Sally’s job duties include overseeing the daily operations of the Academy. As the General Manager, Sally supervises all departments and assists departments in reaching their departments goals. In addition, Sally is responsible for the recruiting, hiring and training of new employees.
Sally began her career at the Academy as an Executive Assistant. As the Executive Assistant, Sally assisted the General Manager and the CEO with the daily operations and facilitated the avenues of communication between the management and the support staff. During her time as the Executive Assistant, Sally gained a vast amount of basic knowledge in regards to the golf industry, which gave her a great foundation of knowledge in the golf business.
Because of her dedication and decision making skills, Sally was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager. As the Assistant Manager of the Academy, Sally gained more responsibility and assisted the General Manager in regulating employee performance as well as gaining more knowledge on the financial aspects of the Academy business such as taxes and payroll procedures in China.
With the growth of the game of Golf in China and in Asia, and with Cindy Reid Golf Academy at the forefront of that growth, Sally Liang is positioned to make a major impact on the game of golf in China for years to come.
