Knowing how, what to eat, and appropriate portion sizes can be a difficult challenge for people. I have spent the past 25 years educating Olympic athletes, competitive golfers, working professionals, and overweight people of all ages on the importance of a sound nutrition program. Fitness, nutrition, and mental aptitude must all work together in order for you to become the best golfer and human being as possible.
Fortunately, my recommendations for eating are less radical, for the last thing you need to hear is to give up carbohydrates and start consuming massive amounts on some processed food or supplement. Instead, I encourage you to return to the better way of eating, starting with purchasing foods that require you to use a kitchen, preferably yours.
