 Joe Peng was born and raised in Guangdong and currently resides in Shenzhen, China. He graduated from the South China Normal University in 2006. He majored in golf and acquired the China PGA certificate. In the same year, Joe worked for PARMASTER, which is an international indoor golf academy. Joe became associated with the Cindy Reid Academy in 2007 and obtained the CRG Certification 2010, which is an innovative and extensive golf program for instructors. 


Joe has been applauded for his ability to communicate and to connect with students. He listens to them and focuses on their personal abilities and therefore adjusts his teaching according to the golfer.

He focuses on the specifics in correcting the golf swing, then analyzes and executes an action plan. Being able to help golfers to improve is his main priority. Joe is good at motivating and entertaining students at the same time. He likes to teach hands on, and interacts a lot with the students.
 
As part of the Cindy Reid Golf Academy, Joe brings a lot of positive energy. Due to his optimistic and humoristic personality he has the ability to create a comfortable environment. In addition to being an instructor, Joe spends a lot time in the gym, writing golf related articles and plays golf on a regularly basis. He aims to learn as much as possible in order to impart his knowledge to players of all levels. In the future, he has the aspiration to become China’s number 1 golf instructor and is determined to produce top Chinese golfers.
