Michelle N. Irwin is the General Manager of the Cindy Reid Golf Academy at Mission Hills, the world’s largest golf Academy. She was essential in the creation and strategic direction of the Academy. In addition to her General Manager duties, Michelle is the Operations Manager of Cindy Reid Golf Enterprises, Ltd. where she utilizes her experience in sports marketing along with her law degree to negotiate and draft, licensing agreements, endorsement and appearance/event contract as well as coordinating appearances and events for Cindy Reid and her staff all over the world.

With over three years of legal and operational experience in the golf industry, Michelle has perfected her skills as a multi tasker. She is organized, efficient and creative at coordinating several projects at one time while still maintaining a fun and enthusiastic work environment for herself and her employees.
