Lessons may be purchased with RMB or HKD.

Lesson Fee must be paid prior to first lesson.

Lesson fee may be paid in cash or bank transfer.

 

Lesson must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.

A no show will result in forfeiture of the lesson (for series students only).

If weather conditions cause a lesson to cancel, there will be no penalty.

Lesson fees are non transferrable without management approval.

Lesson fees are non refundable.

Lesson expiration date is stated on each invoice.

You must complete your lessons prior to the expiration date or you forfeit the balance of the

lessons.

 

 

We reserve the right to cancel any school within fifteen (15) days of the first date of the school. In such an event, participants will be provided the option of attending another school on an alternate date or receiving a full refund. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience. Scheduling and staffing are subject to change.

Any requests to cancel or reschedule a reservation must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received.

 

Cancellations will result in the loss of reservation deposit. Cancellation requests received within sixty (60) days of the start of school will result in a partial refund according to the following schedule:

(1) requests received 31-60 days prior to the start of the school: eighty-five (85%) of the fee;
(2) requests received 15-30 days prior to the start of the school: fifty percent (50%) of the fee.

 

Participants who cancel within fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the school will forfeit the total amount of the reservation.

 

Participants are limited to one rescheduled school which must take place within one year of the original school date to avoid cancellation fees. Individual participants cannot reschedule a reservation within thirty (30) days of the start of the school. Corporate groups reserving an entire school cannot reschedule their group within sixty (60) days of the start of the school. If full payment is not received by the due date, the Cindy Reid Golf Academy reserves the right to release the reservation.
